It is obviously a lady fart because ladies fart rainbows, so it it obviously a lady fart.
That and I don't see no balls a-hangin'. Unless, of course it is a he, and he's tugging on his junk as he farts to keep it out of the picture. Or, maybe he has to yank his wang to get himself to fart.
